The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt but he has not been put in T.I. parade. Save and except the confession the I. O. did not collect any further evidence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S.
