The short prayer of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having approached the state respondents for issuance of Essentiality Certificate for starting two years Dental Hygienist Diploma Course, there is total inaction on the part of the State respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2642 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I direct the respondent no. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Essentiality Certificate and pass a reasoned order either way within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a certified copy of the present order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
