The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusations are of torture, making assault for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant from her matrimonial house.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17521 of 2021(5) dt.14-12-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is husband of the informant. Both the parties have mutually settled their disputes and presently the informant is living with the petitioner in her matrimonial house with full dignity and honour. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not controvert the version of the petitioner and submits that informant is living in her matrimonial house with the petitioner as wife with dignity and honour.

Considering the facts that both the parties have mutually reconciled their disputes, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of
