Petitioner happens to be son of deceased and allegedly, he gave several dagger blows to deceased due to dispute of partition, as a result thereof, the deceased died then and there. The postmortem report of deceased prima facie corroborates the accusation.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 252 of 2015 arising out of Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned court stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
