There is omnibus allegation of pelting bricks against the petitioner and so far as the allegation of causing firearm injury to the informant is concerned, the same is against co-accused Vijay Paswan.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharshariff in connection with Sare P.S.Case No. 38 of 2015.
