JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Though the petitioner in the present writ petition had challenged the order dated 19.12.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms lincense had been rejected, however, the respondents in their counter affidavit have produced yet another order dated 13.02.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran which has been passed by the learned District Magistrate pursuant to a fresh application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license and by the said order dated 13.02.2018 again the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14458 of 2017(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2018 by filing a fresh writ petition.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
