Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sisawan P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 arising out of Sisawan P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38 (1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case 49.5 liters of liquor was seized near the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that only on account of the aforesaid fact she has been roped in the instant case. Petitioner is widow and she is in custody since 19.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
