The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband of informant and he is in custody since 03.12.2018. In paragraph 9 of the petition there is specific statement that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and fact that the petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7869 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 03.12.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chapra (Saran), in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018.
