The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner being the husband, is alleged to have assaulted his wife due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. He is in jail since 20.05.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than three and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42068 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 432 (C) of 2012.
