2. The petitioner has moved the Court primarily for a direction to the Munsif, Sikrahana, Dhaka for early disposal of Election Petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.12911 of 2017 dt.12-10-2017 2/2 No. 4 of 2016 filed by him challenging the election of respondent no.4 as the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Inarwa Fulwar in the district of East Champaran.

3. Learned counsel for the State and State Election Commission do not oppose such direction.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Munsif, Sikrahana, Dhaka to dispose off Election Petition No. 4 of 2016 expeditiously and in any case within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
