There are only two circumstances against the petitioner; one relates to his criminal antecedent and another is recovery of two misfired cartridges from his possession. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 02-03-2014. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari.
