For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Upendra Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Subhash Chandra Yadav -GP15 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to take revenue of the land and issue land possession certificate with regard to Plot No.1073 , 1075, 884, 890, 865, 842, 861, 894, 903, 839 and 842 of Khata No.64, Thana No.96 situated in Mauja Chhitnava, Circle-Maner, District-Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after 2013, Circle Officer, Maner stopped issuing rent receipts and no land possession certificate is given to the land holders. It appears that petitioner has filed this writ petition in a representative capacity whereas many other persons have claimed to have in possession of the land. The persons, who are in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7837 of 2018 (2) dt.23-08-2018 possession of the land, never filed any petition before the authority for issuance of rent receipts.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the land holders to move before appropriate authority for redressal of their grievance. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U
