JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 532 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

There is recovery of two pistols from one Shivdhari Lodge of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated at the instance of one police who is residing there and not paying the rent and petitioner is not residing in the said lodge and he is in custody for four months, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted.

P.S. Case No. 532 of 2019.
