Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121,121(A),120(B) of the IPC, 25(1-b)a/26 Arms Act, 9,10,11,13 UAP Act and 17 CLA Act.

Four live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been remanded in this case on 14.04.2017.

Submission is that due to criminal antecedent of the petitioner, petitioner has been booked in this case falsely. Nothing was recovered from his possession.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17791 of 2021(3) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) Police Station Case No.35 of 2017 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
