The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case no. 87/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information that the people of Barki Delha Paraiya are ransacking the vehicle. They also set ablaze the vehicle.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation, but no specific allegation is made. Similarly situated co-accused persons Mithilesh Choudhary and Pintu and others have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42823 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S.
