JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One kg. 207.85 gms. Ganja is said to have been recovered from the dicky of motorcycle of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 21-07-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.
