The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code, 25 (1-b) a, 26/27 of the Arms Act and section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Pappu Giri. Later on co-accused Bipin Kumar Saraf also disclosed the name of the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
