JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 The only grievance, which the petitioner has, is that in the original certificate of Madhyama Examination, issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, his father's name has been typed as Ravindra Prasad Yadav in place of Bindu Prasad Yadav and his date of birth as 05.07.1988 in place of 20.01.1987. The petitioner is relying on the admit card which was issued to him for the said examination, held in the year 2005.

There is apparent delay of 13 years in approaching this Court for seeking relief, in respect of which there is no explanation.

However, considering the nature of grievance which the petitioner is making in the present writ application, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2877 of 2018(2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, examine the petitioner's grievance on the basis of his representation which he has filed on 18.02.2016 (Annexure-4) and take a final decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
