JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2014 in relation to Kharagpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2014 instituted under Sections-147, 148, 149, 302 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name later on transpires with the person who shot and killed the victim. The charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Be that as it may, once the case is committed to the Court of Sessions, the petitioner, namely, Sanyasi Yadav, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each
