2. This application has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 13.6.2023 passed by Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur in Nigam Case No. 44 of 2023 as contained in Annexure-5 and notice dated 16.12.2023 issued vide letter No.2046 as contained in Annexure-7.
3. It has been pointed out by the respondents that the petitioner has rushed to this Court merely on a notice issued by
Patna High Court CWJC No.2974 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 the respondent no.3.
4. The further submission is that details of the document that has been incorporated in the notice is/are also not the part of the record.
5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be answering to the notice (letter No.2046 dated 16.12.2023) alongwith all the relevant documents.
