The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 367 of 2019 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the daughter-in-law of the petitioners was killed in her matrimonial house within two years of her marriage and there is specific allegation that only a day before the alleged murder the victim had informed her parents that if the demand of Rs. 2 lakhs would not be fulfilled, she would be killed, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is
