Patna High Court CWJC No.2225 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/3 payment of Rs.2249249/- (Twenthy Two Lacs Forty Nine Thousand and Two Hundred Forty Nine) with 9% interest which has been prepared such as Bicycle shade, Girls Common Room, Multipurpose Hall, Enquiry Room and Health Examine Room for the visit of NAAC team by the Contractor (Petitioner) after taking the permission of the Principal, S.N. College, Shahmal Khairadeo, Rohtas on dated 23.12.2016 in special circumstances and the aforesaid work has already been completed to same by the petitioner in the said college campus.

II. Any other relief or reliefs that the petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case." After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.
