The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant initially married with one Mukesh Paswan in the year 2004. Thereafter, in 2008 she married with the petitioner before the Punches. She stated that now she will be with the petitioner and not with the exhusband. Allegation is that her death was committed by the accused persons.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 7886 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. The doctor has found a case of ante mortem strangulation.

Considering the aforesaid material and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.336 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
