The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 8/20(B)(II)(B) of the NDPS, Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2017. He further submits that others co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than two years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released
