Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was an active member of criminal gang and except the aforesaid fact as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S.
