2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of wait in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.04.2017 (Annexure 4) passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 153/16;

(ii) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10592 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 14.12.2006 (Annexure 3) passed by the Sub Divisional Survey Officer, Biraul, Darbhanga, in Title Case No. 474/2005;

(iii) for any other consequential relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner died in the year 2023 and as such liberty be granted to his heirs to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

4. Since the petitioner has died, it has become infructuous and accordingly granting liberty to his heirs, the writ petition stands disposed of.
