The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the parties are agnates and there is a preexisting land dispute between them. The injured persons, viz., Shushila Devi, Pramila Devi and Ram Kumar Sharma have received simple injuries. The petitioners have also informed this Court that the matter has been compounded and the informant does not wish to prosecute the petitioners any further.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
