The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 307, 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7726 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/3 informant, her son and other family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners and the informant are agnates and at earlier point of time, the petitioners' side lodged a case against the informant and others. Hence, as a retaliatory measure, this false case has been registered against the petitioners. The injury reports are on record which suggests that injuries are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 13th, Chapra, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 231 of 2020, subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7726 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 3/3 conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
