JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 This writ petition assails the order passed on 30.03.2017 by the S.D.O., whereby, license of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner did not avail the remedy of filing of an appeal and more than six years have passed by. The writ petition has been filed in 2023. No reasons are coming forward for not having approached and for any legal remedy. In view thereof, the writ petition suffers from gross laches and delay and is accordingly dismissed.
