For the Informant : Mr. Rajani Kant Singh, Adv. =================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 8.7.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram, in Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2009 by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any irregularity and, hence, refuse to entertain the revision application.
However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by the Petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, the revision application stands dismissed.
