JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one witness, namely, Mahabir Yadav claimed that petitioners along with deceased had come to his home to sell the tractor but he did not purchase the aforesaid tractor and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49269 of 2014 (3) dt.07-04-2015 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Tiar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
