Petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant there is allegation of theft of Hywa vehicle against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. The FIR was lodged against unknown.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2019.
