The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 583 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 414 of the IPC And section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2022 and there is recovery of 40.5 liters of liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has one antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.
