2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 20-04-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44009 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of prolonged incarceration and as per his submission, only two witnesses have been examined till date.

4. The huge quantity of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the vehicle, in which, the petitioner was also found sitting.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I do not see any reason to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Patna N.C.B. P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 is again rejected.
