The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended and is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession, the police did not collect any further material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42522 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (West) in Paroo P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 (G.R. No. 649/2013).
