Learned counsel for the petitioners say that they will be satisfied if the D.L.A.O., Kaimur (Bhabhua) is directed to make payment to the petitioners as per the amended award dated 31.08.2016 in L.A. Case No. 18 of 2016-17.
If the parties are further aggrieved by any action of the State, they will have liberty to move the appropriate authority/Court.
Since the award has been prepared in the year 2016,
Patna High Court CWJC No. 13864 of 2016(3) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 the petitioner's payment must be released by the authorities within two months from today.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
