Therefore, the Appellate Authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's appeal and proceed to decide the same in accordance with law after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 6th respondent (Rubi Khatoon Barsoi), within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
