1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case no.381 of 2025 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a search being conducted 151.2 litres of liquor was recovered from the car/vehicle in question and the petitioner along with one another were taken into custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is a lady has been falsely implicated in the case. She has no concern either with the vehicle in question nor with the liquor recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedent. She undertakes to

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner not having any concern with the vehicle in question from which the seizure is said to have taken place and specially her not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case no.381 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise II, Kaimur at Bhabhua on the following condition:

(i) In case it subsequently transpires that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent, the prosecution will be at liberty to move this Court for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. (Partha Sarthy, J) Saurabh/- U T
