The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased Sunita Devi. The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married to Saroj Chaudhary four years ago. On 10.06.2015 the informant got information that his sister was burnt to death. The brother of the informant went there and found his sister lying dead and there were burn injuries on the body of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no manner of concern with the family affairs of Saroj Chaudhary and his wife Sunita Devi.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41728 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Koilwar P.S.
