The petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi P.S. Case no. 115/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of the porsecutrix.

It is submitted that the petitioner is next to neighbour of the informant. There is a family dispute on account of which the mother of the petitioner Shanti Devi had lodged a complaint case against the husband of the prosecutrix. Then, on the next day this case has been lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
