The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 395, 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed a complaint petition stating therein that on 28.4.2015 the petitioner and other accused person brutally assaulted Sikandar Ansari and committed dacoity. It is submitted that after four days of the occurrence, the complaint petition was filed on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. Omnibus and general allegation has been made.
