1. Heard the parties.

2. It is stated that the appeal was pending before the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel wants time to take confirmation relating to the said aspect.

4. This Court is of the firm view that if any appeal has been filed, the District Teachers Appointment Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.6157 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 Authority ought to pass a final order at the earliest.

5. However, in this case decision has been rendered, it is directed that the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority shall pass a final order within a period of three months.

6. If the decision has already been taken by the authority, the petitioner is always free to challenge the same, if it has gone against her before the State Appellate Authority.

7. Keeping in view, the writ petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
