It is submitted that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Wazir Alam @ Wazid Alam, who confessed his guilt in connection with another case, disclosing his involvement as well as of petitioner in the present case also. Moreover, co-accused Wazir Alam @ Wazid Alam has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S.
