The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 7 of the E.C. Act and under different Sections of the M.V. Act.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant named the godown manager and other persons posted at S.F.C. godown. It was found that there was huge amount of shortage of foodgrains in the godown.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He is a data operator. The godown manager Vishwanath Prasad and other named accused have already been enlarged on bail.

No.42829 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that many of the accused have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Patahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015.
