The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/ 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that the sister of the informant was married to Rupesh Sharma six years ago and she was killed and her dead body was disposed of.

The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been made against them.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42095 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 89 of 2015.
