The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner and Guntun Sahni @ Amitav Sahni were arrested and they are said to have confessed their guilt. The bolero vehicle was recovered and it appears that Guntun Sahni @ Amitav Sahni has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22302 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43647 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Shri Afjal Alam, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sarai P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014.
