The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have come and on the order of Satya Narain Singh, Shailesh Kumar hurled bomb, Sunil Kumar, petitioner, and Neeraj Kumar made indiscriminate firing. However, no body was injured.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39353 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38320 of 2010. The petitioner is in jail since 06.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 126 of 2010.
