The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/ 307 /325 /379 / 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018. The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with Khanti. However, the doctor has found simple injury. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 6878 of 2019(3) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Parraiya P.S. Case No.190 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
