2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 56/2024, registered for offence under Sections 65(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of P.O.C.S.O. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the victim was cutting grass, this petitioner forcibly committed rape with her.

4. Victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.

5. From perusal of impugned order, it also transpires that petitioner has already been declared absconder.
