The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 212, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Petitioner is alleged to be the protector and informer of M.C.C. organization but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner except a mobile and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
